エクステは東京都、渋谷のRISEL SHIBUYA(リゼル) | RISEL SHIBUYA/REVIEW

Thank you for your service the other day!

The quality of the extensions and the finished look were excellent, and the customer service was fantastic – it was the best hair salon I've ever been to!

My stylist was the manager, Shirakawa-san, and she looked like a Korean idol! (laughs)

I've been seeing the same hairstylist for almost 10 years! ✨
I usually get a color/cut/treatment, and I'm always so pleased with the results. 🥹💗 Even when I'm struggling with the color or hairstyle, they provide a thorough consultation and help me decide right there. 🫶🏼
The salon is also very clean and comfortable. ◎
Thank you as always! I look forward to continuing to work with you! 🙂‍↕️♡

I've been going to the same stylist for about seven years, and when she moved from a sister salon I started going to this one. The salon is so clean and tidy, and I feel so relaxed. 🥰
I'm always so pleased with the results, and I think the reason my long hair has stayed so beautiful is because I go to this stylist!

I wanted to have white hair, and that's how I found this salon. At my previous salon, I had my hair bleached three times, but it didn't turn white; it just became blonde...
After doing some research, I found out that some salons are better at bleaching than others.

Anna was a true professional. My hair turned perfectly white!

My hair wasn't damaged much either.

She's a hair bleaching goddess. White GOD!

I go for a cut, color, and treatment.

Not only is the technique excellent, but they also style my hair beautifully at the end, making me want to schedule something after my visit to the salon! 🫶

I'm always indebted to Mr. Samon.

I can always rely on him.

I've been going to this hair salon for about seven years now, and the staff are all very approachable and easy to communicate with. In terms of technique, they can accommodate a variety of requests, including high-tone colors and extensions. I personally often use bleach and extensions, and I'm always satisfied with the colors they give me, which I can enjoy from the moment they're dyed until they fade. It's a short walk from Shibuya Station, and I remember being nervous the first time I went, but the salon has a calm atmosphere, so I can relax and receive treatments there.

The hair extension technique is amazing.
I got hair extensions to create a flashy look as a memory before I started working.
They were quite expensive, and I was worried about what would happen if they didn't work out, but I'm really glad I went for it. The color faded beautifully too.

The staff were also very kind, and I really liked it. I'll keep going here.

Today, Ms. Oyama stayed late to do my bleach color and extensions, and it was really great! I'll definitely be coming back!!! Thank you so much!

All treatments include ultrasonic technology without any extra options, and my hair became incredibly smooth!

The salon is also very clean and beautiful!

Everything from the store to the restrooms is clean and tidy! These days, there are many stores that can't even do the basics, so I take my hat off to this store.

Naturally, their skills are also high-level.

A workplace that can maintain cleanliness naturally means high-level work.
